By accessing and using Attune Grappling ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attune Grappling provides an online platform for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu education, featuring instructional content, games library, community discussions, and academy management tools. The Service is accessible via web browser.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• 7-day free trial available for new users
• You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Academy Management

Academy owners using our management tools agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding member data, payments, and privacy. Academy owners are responsible for their own business operations and member relationships.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Attune Grappling, including videos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission
• Share account credentials with others
• Download or record videos from the platform
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content to our community features, you grant Attune Grappling a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Attune Grappling does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Physical training carries inherent risks - consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Attune Grappling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
