Download the APK and install manually. Requires Android 8+. See instructions below.
How to Install the Android APK (Sideload)
- Tap “Download Android APK” above to download the Attune APK file to your device.
- When prompted by your browser, choose Allow to keep the file.
- Open the downloaded file from the notification or your Downloads folder.
- When asked, allow installs from this source (Chrome/Samsung Internet or your file manager).
- Tap Install and wait for the process to complete.
- Open Attune and sign in with your account.
Tip: On modern Android versions, “Install unknown apps” is controlled per app. If you don’t see the prompt, go to Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps, then enable it for your browser or file manager.
Permissions Used by Attune
- Camera – to record and upload training videos.
- Microphone – to capture audio when recording videos.
- Photos/Media – to select and upload videos and images, and to save content locally.
- Notifications (optional) – to receive updates, messages, and important alerts.
- Biometrics (Face/Touch) – for secure sign-in on supported devices.
You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Troubleshooting
- Blocked install – Enable “Install unknown apps” for your browser or file manager.
- Can’t open the file – Use Files/Downloads app to locate the APK and tap it again.
- Install button greyed out – Try turning off screen overlay apps (e.g., blue light filters) temporarily.
- Play Protect warning – Tap “Install anyway” if prompted; Attune is safe to use while Google Play review is pending.
